Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Please reserve early! We process reservations in the order received and may not be able to fill all requests.
Daily and Weekly: Reservations are taken with a $25 deposit. Reservations must be cancelled by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
One Month: Reservations are taken with a $75 deposit. Reservations must be
cancelled at least 30 days prior to start date or your deposit will be forfeited.
More than One Month: Reservations are taken with a $150 deposit. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to start date or your deposit will be forfeited.
Need to Cancel? Please call (863) 324-7400 before the above deadlines to receive your deposit refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
No refunds for early departures, except if notice provided in accordance with the above.
