Cypress Campground & RV Park FAQ

We are located at 7400 Cypress Gardens Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33884. We are the only RV park, RV resort, camping or campground on Cypress Gardens Boulevard. Our location is surrounded by numerous Central Florida golf courses, lakes, retail shopping, theaters, restaurants, and many recreational activities. Our resort is conveniently close to major highways, making us easy to reach from I-4, US-27, and US-17.

Our park is just 2.3 miles from Legoland and Legoland Waterpark. Our pet friendly RV resort is an easy drive to the attractions in Orlando, Florida including Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and much more. Winter Haven is home to the Bok Tower’s, the Winter Haven Theatre, and the Chain of Lake Trail. West of our location, in Tampa visitors can explore Busch Gardens theme park, the Gulf beaches, and the Florida State Fair.

We provide RV sites with full hook-ups (30 & 50 amp), pull-through sites, big rig friendly sites and park model rentals.

All our sites are level and a short walk to the office and amenities.

Please inquire with the office for availability. We also allow our guests to bring in and set up their own park model. We also offer 2 beautiful park models available for rent.

We have limited outside RV and boat storage spaces.

Our gated community features a heated swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, playground, cornhole, camp store, free mini-golf, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, pickleball, tennis, ping pong, billiards, dog park with dog wash station, laundry facilities, and park-wide robust Wi-Fi access (available for an additional cost).

We provide a full set of activities which include a continuous rotation of activities during the winter months that cater to seniors including live music on select weekends, holiday parties, arts and crafts, potluck dinners, golf cart parades, karaoke, trivia nights, Bingo and much more.

Pets are welcome with restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds, snakes, pigs, ponies, or wild animals are not allowed. The following restricted dog breeds or mixes are also not permitted: Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pitbulls, excluding French Bulldogs), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-hybrids, Great Danes, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. Any animal showing aggression will not be permitted.

Yes. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at check-in. Guests may also submit documentation via email at mgr@cypresscampground.com in advance.

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

We are an inclusive, non-denominational, family-friendly campground that welcomes daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual guests. Activity is especially high during the winter months.

Reservations can be made online through our booking system via the BOOK NOW link or by calling the office at 863-324-7400 directly.

We accept major credit and debit cards with a surcharge of 2.75%. Please contact the office at 863-324-7400 or email mgr@cypresscampground.com for other options.

1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment

2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.

3. Monthly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $295 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.

4. Seasonal Reservations: A non-refundable first installment of $595 for 6-Months and $695 for 6/6 stays, is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or changes to seasonal reservations are non-refundable and will not be credited.

5. Holiday Reservations: A minimum stay of 3-nights is required on, but not limited to, the following holiday weekends and events: New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday and Christmas.

• Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable

6. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.

No campfires are allowed within the Park. Charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used for cooking.

Yes, personal golf carts are welcome. All operators must be licensed, insured drivers, follow park rules, and sign a golf cart agreement.

Alcohol is allowed at your campsite. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and follow park policies.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. Coverage and speed may vary depending on location.

No, however, guests may have Spectrum installed personally at their sites.

Yes, Cypress Campground & RV Park is an ideal destination for rallies, reunions, and group gatherings. We welcome clubs, groups, and organizations of all sizes to host events here.
