Hoping to spend some quality time with family who don’t RV? Our park models rentals are just what you are looking for to solve the dilemma. Allowing up to 4 people per camper rental unit, the Park models are fully equipped and complete with the amenities you need for a complete vacation experience.

- Monthly stays or longer paid with a credit card will receive an additional 2.5% processing fee.
- Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability
- Free WiFi access available at clubhouse and pool. WiFi access available at a cost.
- Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus administrative charge
- 3 night minimum for Park Models; payment in full at the time of reservation.
- Payment will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted in these units. A pet or smoking charge of $400 shall apply.
- Park models require a $295 security deposit for weekly, and $495 for monthly or longer
- There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations
- No refunds of early departures
