Allowing up to 4 people per camper rental unit, the Park models are fully equipped and complete with the amenities you need for a complete vacation experience.
Beautiful park models 1BR/1BA. Sleeps up to 4. Bedroom with queen bed. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Comes with central air conditioning and heat.

- All reservations paid with a credit card will receive an additional 2.75% processing fee.
- Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability
- Free WiFi access available at clubhouse and pool. Additional WiFi access available at a cost.
- Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus a $4 administrative fee.
- 3 night minimum for Park Models; payment in full at the time of reservation.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted in these units. A pet or smoking charge of $400 shall apply.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
2. Monthly Reservations: The first month’s payment is required in full as a deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $595 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.
3. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.
Security Deposit Policies:
Daily and Weekly Rentals: A security deposit of $195.00 is required for all rentals for less than one month.
Monthly Rentals: A security deposit of $495.00 is required for all rentals one month or longer.
- The security deposit is due at the time of the booking and will be refunded within 30 days after your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.
- A valid credit card will be required to be kept on file for additional charges, in the event that damages exceed the amount of the security deposit.
- By reserving a rental, you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge the card on file if necessary to cover any damages.
