- Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability
- Sites have picnic tables and 30/50 AMP service; while generally Basic sites are back-in,
Premium sites are pull-through and Deluxe sites are pull-through with Pad and Patio - All sites include water, sewer, 62-cable TV Stations
- Free WI-FI access available. Premium WiFi access available at a cost
- $5 per day or $60 per month per extra person above two (applies to seven years of age or older)
- Electric is sub-metered for stay of 30 days or more at our cost plus administrative charge
- Off-site, outside storage for <40′ is $50/mo. and > 40′ is $70/mo. Sales tax applies
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- Daily & Weekly – Reservation deposit of $35
- Monthly – Reservation deposit of $95
Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited - 6 Month and longer – Reservation deposit of $250
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited - There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations
- No refunds on early departures
