- Monthly stays or longer paid with a credit card will receive an additional 2.5% processing fee.
- Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability
- Sites have patios with picnic tables and 30/50 AMP service. Most Basic sites are back-in, while Premium sites are generally pull-through and Deluxe sites are generally pull-through with concrete pads.
- All sites include water, sewer, 60-cable TV Stations
- Free WiFi access available at clubhouse and pool. WiFi access available at a cost.
- $7 per day or $95 per month per extra person above two (applies to seven years of age or older)
- Visitors are $6/day and overnight visitors are $12/night
- Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus a $4 administrative fee
- Electric deposit of $150 required for monthly stays or longer.
- Off-site, outside storage is $85/mo for <40′ and $110 for >40′. Residents pay reduced rate of $65/mo. Sales tax applies
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- Daily & Weekly – Payment is required in full at the time of booking,
and will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Monthly – Reservation deposit of $195
Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited
- 6 Months – Reservation deposit of $595
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited
- 6/6 – Reservation deposit of $695
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited
- There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations
- No refunds for early departures
